As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented **Plasterer** to join our team and contribute to the high-quality finishes that set our homes apart.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Analysing layouts of plasterboard, and installing insulation.
- Taking measurements of plasterboard for marking and cutting, installing panels to walls, ceilings and battens.
- Installing corner beads.
- Installing and/or Fixing cornices, panel mouldings, ceiling centres and other plaster fittings.
- Filling/sealing and smoothing holes in drywall (i.e. nail holes etc).
- Levelling ceiling battens.
- Plumbing and straightening corners, angles and wall and ceiling surfaces.
- Creating decorative textures.
- Abide by relevant health and safety regulations and policies.
- Performing duties with regard to the health and safety of the residents.
**What We're Looking For**
- Qualifications: Certificate III in Wall & Ceiling Lining (or equivalent trade qualification).
- Experience: Proven experience in plastering with a keen eye for detail.
- Work Ethic: Reliable, hardworking, and committed to delivering high-quality results.
- Technical Skills: Ability to work with various plastering materials and techniques.
- Transport: Valid driver's license and reliable transport (travel required across Melbourne).

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
