This is your opportunity to spearhead the national expansion of a high-performing in-home sales team, taking our presence from 9 consultants to 30+ across Australia in the next 18 months.
About the Role
As our National Sales Trainer & Recruiter, you'll be the driving force behind the recruitment and onboarding of our growing team of in-home sales professionals. You will work closely with our National Sales Manager to identify high-potential regions, recruit standout consultants, and deliver hands-on training to ensure they thrive in the field.
This is a dynamic, travel-heavy role for someone passionate about leadership, coaching, and scaling national sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
· Strategic Recruitment: Identify untapped sales regions across Australia and recruit local in-home consultants with strong potential.
· Sales Training Delivery: Conduct immersive onboarding, including a week-long face-to-face training covering our proven 12-Step Sales Process.
· Field Coaching: Spend time in-field post-training to reinforce skills, coach performance, and ensure alignment with company standards.
· Performance Support: Monitor and support ongoing development of consultants, contributing to their long-term success.
· Sales Team Growth: Help us grow from 9 to 30+ active consultants over the next 18 months.
What We're Looking For
· Proven experience in recruitment and sales training (bonus points if in in-home or direct sales).
· A strong communicator who can inspire and teach with clarity and confidence.
· Willingness to travel nationally and work hands-on with new recruits.
· Highly organised, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
· A passion for building teams and watching people succeed.
