Responsibilities
Be responsible for all ICT support and helpdesk enquiries across the business.
Answer incoming support calls and provide resolution within SLA using our call logging system
User administration, support and management of Active Directory, JD Edwards, MS Office 365, MS Exchange Online, MS Teams and other applications
Desktop and Laptop SOE deployment, support, and repair
Administration and support of various peripheral devices
Handheld Device deployment and support (including smartphones and other IOS devices)
Application installation, upgrades, configuration, and support
Troubleshoot connectivity and network issues (Cellular, Satellite, WiFi, LAN, VPN, xDSL, Fibre, NBN)
Organising warranty and repairs for faulty devices
Purchasing, stock and asset management using our asset management system
About You
You can work autonomously, have excellent communication skills and have an exceptional customer service flair along with;
0-2 years experience
Strong administration and troubleshooting skills across Windows 10/11
Windows Server 2016-2025 and Microsoft Office 365 basic administration and support experience
Excellent record keeping and asset management
