Experienced Practice Manager required for a family practice in The Hunter Valley, NSW.
**Full Job Description** 
This Medical centre is a well-established family medical centre located in the suburban area of the Hunter Valley, NSW are looking for a FTE or PTE Practice Manager to run the clinic. 
- We have four GPs 
- We have two nurses and four reception staff. 
- Privately own GP owner 
- Mixed billing, experience with private billing is an advantage 
- No after-hours, no weekends 
- we are looking for a friendly, flexible and effective manager who can lead our current team 
- we offer, General practice, On-site pathology, I-Hear, Psychologist and Dietitian
**Key responsibilities**:
- Coordinate front desk workflow and practice daily operations 
- Identify, review and troubleshoot operational issues 
- Staff rosters 
- Maintaining practice policies and accreditation 
- This role is a front desk position where our Practice Manager are also required to be on reception day to day
**Skills and requirements**:
- Experience in a General Practice - necessary 
- Knowledge of PracSoft and Medical Director - necessary 
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks 
- A positive and professional attitude to engage a whole team approach 
- Excellent presentation and a professional manner 
- Knowledge of Medicare item numbers and private and split billing 
- Being a nurse is an advantage. Nurses are encouraged to apply.
**Salary**:Negotiable depending on experience
**Eligibility**:
- At least 1 year of practice management experience 
- WWCC and Police Clearance 
- 3 professional references to be provided
