They are now looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join their team and be a part of their continued growth and success.
About the role
As the Operations Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all security-related operations across the ACT. This full time role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of security services, including guarding and monitoring, to valued clients.
What you'll be doing
Manage a team of experienced security professionals to deliver high-quality guarding and monitoring services
Oversee the scheduling and deployment of security staff to client sites
Liaise with clients to understand their security requirements and ensure they are met
Coordinate the maintenance and upkeep of security equipment and systems
Develop and implement security policies, procedures and training programs
Monitor and report on the performance of the security operations
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance service delivery
You will bring
Extensive experience in a senior security operations role, preferably in the guarding or monitoring sector
Strong understanding of security industry regulations, procedures and best practices
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of security professionals
Problem-solving skills and the capacity to make timely, informed decisions
Familiarity with security technology and systems
Relevant security industry qualifications or certifications
