The Role
As a Sales Assistant, your goal is to provide top-notch customer service that fosters a positive connection to our brand.
You should be energetic, genuine, and customer-focused, offering personalized assistance to our shoppers seeking the best products and brands.
* Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining positivity and professionalism
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to assist customers effectively
* Provide personalized 1:1 customer service
* Assist customers with queries and process sales
* Collaborate with management and team to meet KPIs and targets
* Support store tasks such as visual merchandising, cleanliness, and presentation
* Escala customer complaints to management
* Complete mandatory training related to products, policies, and procedures

* Experience in retail, hospitality, or similar customer service roles
* Able to deliver excellent service and exceed expectations
* Passion for sports fashion or knowledge of key brands
* Positive attitude and team spirit
