About the Team
Join the Fleet & Uniform Team within the Business Operations Unit as a Business Operations Officer, grade 5/6. This role involves coordinating fleet, uniform, and body-worn video cameras for SafeWork NSW staff, liaising with stakeholders, and analyzing process and system improvements. The position requires movement of motor vehicles, primarily from the Parramatta office.
Your responsibilities
* Manage fleet and IT programs related to fleet management
* Provide excellent customer service
* Coordinate records and databases
* Communicate effectively in verbal and written forms
* Engage with stakeholders and maintain service orientation
* Work with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment
* Apply analytical thinking and attention to detail
About you
* Experience in fleet coordination is preferred
* Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
* Demonstrate integrity and professionalism
* Stay updated with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures
* Resilient, flexible, and able to handle shifting priorities
* Resolve complex issues and adapt processes as needed
* Hold a Class A Australian Driver's Licence
