About the role: We are seeking an experienced Assets Administrator to join our team at Pembroke Resource's Olive Downs Complex.
Pembroke Resource's Olive Downs Complex is a greenfield project located south-east of Moranbah. Thiess has been awarded a contract to deliver full service mining operations, including mine planning, overburden removal, drill and blast, load and haul, water management, and rehabilitation as well as construction of the mine infrastructure.
Working an 8 day shift roster and reporting to the Maintenance Manager, your duties will include:
* Providing administrative support to the maintenance department
* Ensuring key objectives are achieved
* Input and maintenance of the asset master records
* Compiling the monthly plant reports and balance sheets
* Assisting the Maintenance Manager as and when required
* Responsible for daily fuel and oil reconciliation
* Management of timesheets
* Raising of Purchase Orders
* Processing of Monthly Contract Invoices
