About the Role
This is a strategic partnership role in which we are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to support key people and culture initiatives. The successful candidate will play a vital part in partnering with operational leaders to drive strategic outcomes and foster a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert advice on employee matters including case management and investigations, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
* Support enterprise agreement negotiations and change initiatives, effectively communicating benefits and impacts to stakeholders.
* Partner with leaders to align people strategies with business goals, driving engagement and performance improvement.
* BUILD strong relationships with internal stakeholders and union representatives, promoting collaboration and trust.
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and annual people and culture activities, ensuring seamless execution and excellent results.
* Promote a culture of safety, integrity, and service excellence, championing our values and standards.
Requirements
* A minimum of 5 years previous experience in a Generalist HR role, with a proven track record of success in employee relations and corporate project work.
* Bachelor's degree tertiary qualification in Business, HR or Organisational Psychology, demonstrating a solid foundation in human resources principles and practices.
* Proven expertise in managing complex HR cases, investigations, and providing consultative support to business leaders, ensuring effective resolution and continuous improvement.
