Currenly looking for a Warehouse Admin - Operations & Forklift for our cleint that is a freight forwarding company in SYDNEY.

**Responsibilities**:
- Overseeing receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
- Implementing operational policies and procedures.
- Implementing and overseeing security operations.
- Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
- Ensuring the safety of staff.
- Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
- Maintaining awareness and knowledge of the condition and location of fleet vehicles.
- Assisting with deliveries where required.
- Stock Taking & Running Inventory Reports
- Perform Data Entries and process new orders daily
- monitor the receipt, dispatching, and storage of merchandise in our warehouse.
- Picking, storage, receiving, dispatching, security, maintenance, sanitation, and administrative functions.
- Running daily inventory reports
**Requirements**:
- Strong Computer Literacy Skills
- Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.
- Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
- Min 4-5 years of experience in 3 PL industry with WMS (Warehouse Management System, e.g. SAP, Cargo Wise etc.)
- Good Communication Skills and people skills
- Ability to operate forklift effectively.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Available to work extended hours if necessary.
- Booking local transport and tracking of POD
- Valid VIC drivers' license and forklift licence
