A leading Australian engineering and equipment provider is seeking an experienced Sales / Product Specialist / Business Development Manager to drive growth across Western Australia. This business designs, builds and supplies high-quality temporary and permanent road safety and traffic management solutions for major infrastructure projects and government authorities. With strong engineering capability and the ability to build to customer specification, they are positioned for continued growth in the WA market. The Role: You will target and develop relationships with: • WA Road Authorities • Civil Construction Groups • Infrastructure maintenance & service providers • Councils & Hire companies You will manage the full sales cycle — engaging early in specification stages, navigating tender processes and delivering customised capital equipment solutions. Products include: • Truck Mounted Attenuators (TMA’s) • Variable Message Sign (VMS) boards • Lighting towers • Traffic management vehicles • Temporary & permanent road safety infrastructure About You: You will bring: • Proven experience selling or hiring out Mechanical or Electrical Capital Equipment • Strong experience dealing with WA Government Departments • Exposure to roads, traffic management or infrastructure equipment (highly desirable) • Understanding of government procurement and tender frameworks • Strong commercial and relationship management skills This is a strategic, long-cycle sales role — ideal for someone who thrives on major projects and government engagement.
