The Position
* Provide safe and stable accommodation to young people at risk.
* Offer outreach and therapeutic support to meet the continuum of care for young people with complex needs.
* Assist young people in realizing their aspirations and integrating into mainstream society.
* Support young people in areas such as independent living skills, education, training, and employment.
* Enhance wellbeing and personal development through engagement with community resources.
Applicants should have an understanding of adolescents' special needs and trauma-informed care, recent experience working with at-risk youth, extensive youth work experience, and knowledge of Privacy Legislation and OH&S Regulations.
Requirements include a Certificate IV in Youth Work or similar, a valid Driver's Licence, First Aid Certificate, and Working with Children Card.

* Salary: $46.67 to $51.81 per hour (including casual loading) plus 12% superannuation
