About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Support & QA Tester to join our Darwin-based team. This role combines customer support, technical support, and manual QA testing to ensure a high-quality customer experience and reliable app performance.
You will work closely with product, engineering, and customer experience teams to support users, test new features, identify bugs, and validate fixes.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality customer support via email, chat, and ticketing systems
* Provide technical support and troubleshoot application issues
* Perform manual app testing and regression testing
* Identify, reproduce, and document bugs using bug tracking tools
* Validate fixes prior to release
* Escalate issues to development teams with clear documentation
Skills & Experience
* Experience in customer support, technical support, QA testing, or application support
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.)
* Experience with bug tracking tools (Jira, ClickUp, etc.)
* Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
