We are seeking a skilled Service Coordinator to manage service contracts and time-material jobs. This role involves developing strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, as well as supporting business development managers in completing contract renewals and new agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish effective communication channels with customers, sales teams, supply chain partners, and warehouse staff.
* Collaborate with business development managers to ensure seamless contract renewal and new contract execution processes.
* Maintain high standards of professionalism in delivering services to all stakeholders.
* Optimize productivity by efficiently scheduling technicians and service appointments.
* Oversee task flow to guarantee maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
* Utilize ERP systems (Salesforce & SAP) to manage jobs and track daily activity.
* Provide exceptional customer service by resolving calls on the first attempt.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
* Prior experience with SAP or Oracle is advantageous.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Effective prioritization and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
