We currently have an exciting opportunity for a handyman for our well-known client who are industry leaders in imported quality furniture such as dining tables, chairs, lounges, and entertainment units.

**YOUR ROLE**:
- Attend scheduled service calls at customer homes to inspect furniture.
- Assembling furniture as required.
- Evaluate damages and select appropriate methods of repair and/or restoration for wood furniture, leather, fabric, and upholstery.
- Reporting on all outcomes of service calls.
- Troubleshooting and problem solving to offer the best solution for the customer.

**About you**
- Experience in a similar role is (preferable)
- Experience using hand and power tools (a carpenter or handy man would be ideal)
- Knowledge of wood repairs including scratches, dents, and splits.
- Can perform upholstery repairs including structural/internal mechanism replacements.
- Be a self-motivated started able to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management and organizational skills
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Hold a current Driver's License.
