With over 75 years of experience, we provide safe, reliable, and cost-effective helicopter services in remote environments, driven by a commitment to safety, quality, and innovation.Role SummaryWe are seeking a bright and enthusiastic team member to join our Karratha base as a Ramp Assistant on a fixed-term basis until 30th June 2026.
Reporting to the Base Manager, the role ensures the efficient, secure, and cost-effective operation of all ramp duties at the base.Key ResponsibilitiesAdhere to health, safety, environment, and quality policies.Prepare aircraft cabins before and after flights.Handle baggage and freight loading.Assist operations with passenger vests, briefings, and escorting.Support engineers during aircraft departures and arrivals.Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the hangar.Perform forklift duties (licence required).Refuel aircraft, including rotor running refueling.Qualifications, Skills & AttributesAbility to obtain and hold an ASIC card.Strong organizational and time management skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and in a team.Positive attitude and proactive approach.Aviation operational experience or similar role preferred.Additional Requirements: Applicants must be Australian citizens and able to obtain necessary security clearances.Our CommitmentWe value diversity and inclusion, encouraging applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, all genders, LGBTI+ community, mature workers, people with disabilities, and diverse backgrounds.
