Salesperson - Computer and Mobile Technology
Position: Full-Time SalespersonLocation: Harvey Norman Midland - Computer and Mobile Technology Department
What you'll do:
Develop accurate and current product knowledge in yourself and others and demonstrate it appropriately with customers
Comply with all standards in customer service and ensure all customers are acknowledged and served in a professional and timely manner
Monitor sales performance proactively to achieve/exceed budget
Comply with company policy and procedure in all aspects of customer orders, including ensuring all sales procedures are followed to maximise sales
Contribute to the maintenance of the store atmosphere in accordance with company standards, including maintaining product and price ticketing
Communicate and maintain relationships with company stakeholders, including suppliers
Maintain quality standards and adequate stock levels of merchandise at all times
Represent the company's reputation professionally at all times
About you:
Experience working in a customer-service role, in a related industry (desirable)
You're a highly motivated and results-driven individual with outstanding customer service skills
Experience in resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
Enjoy working in a team environment
You'll have flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late-night trades
