Job Description

* Prepare and cook meals to the highest standard, adhering to national recipes and plating guides.
\
* Ensure all meals are served quickly and consistently, maintaining a clean and well-organized kitchen.
\
* Adhere to food preparation and cleanliness guidelines, prioritizing food safety and hygiene.
\
* Manage staff allocations, secondary duties, and general kitchen operations in conjunction with the Sous and Head Chef.
\
* Contribute to the Back of House Management team to improve current menu items and develop specials and LTO's ideas.
\
* Manage stock ordering, delivery receipts, and temperature log reporting.
Requirements

* Diploma qualification in a relevant field or 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
