**We are currently seeking Qualified Tradesmen with previous aluminium cladding experience to join our Brisbane & Gold Coast based teams.**
**The Role**:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced tradesmen to take on a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Perform skilled work in your trade, ensuring quality and precision
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
- Use tools and equipment proficiently and safely
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations
- Troubleshoot and provide solutions onsite when needed
- Collaborate with other tradesmen, contractors, and clients for effective project delivery
**Requirements**:
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- Own tools and reliable transport
- Experience with Aluminum Cladding.
- Any tickets such as EWP, scissor lift and working at heights will be looked at favorably
- Proven experience in your trade
- Must be hardworking and with positive mindset
- Ability to work independently and as a part of the team
- Ability to read and interpret plans and technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
