AgileDelivery ManagerLocation : MACQUARIE PARK, NSW– Hybrid 3 days on siteContract : 6 months - strong potential to extendRole OverviewThe Agile Delivery Manager will operate in a hybrid role, balancing responsibilities as both a Scrum Master and Project Manager.
They will work within a Scrum framework, leveraging tools such as Jira and Confluence to drive program delivery.
This role requires close engagement with multiple teams including Legal, Risk, and Privacy, managing stakeholders at various levels to ensure successful end-to-end delivery of initiatives.Program ScopeVendor – Managed Services Solution (New Wave)Voice Express platform (billing, invoicing, number porting).
Integration of middleware and onboarding of new products.Establishing the connective infrastructure across platforms.Risk InitiativesDelivering large-scale initiatives aimed at reducing backlog.Addressing current risk and regulatory breaches.Creating a clean backlog for the following year.Each initiative runs for approximately 3–4 months, with the Delivery Manager accountable for driving execution through completion.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as Scrum Master, facilitating sprint cycles and agile ceremonies.Perform Project Manager duties: forecasting, planning, and driving delivery outcomes.Manage multiple stakeholders (Directors, Senior Directors, VPs, and cross-functional teams).
Coordinate across legal, risk, and privacy teams to align on compliance and governance.Knit together multiple workstreams into cohesive, successful deliveries.Oversee vendor relationships (specifically managed services and Voice-related initiatives).
