We are excited to be entering into the new venture of providing cleaning services at the Dubbo Regional Livestock Markets.
The role
Cirka are looking for a hands-on Cleaning Supervisor to assist with coordinating the cleaning service at the Dubbo Regional Livestock Markets. This hands-on role is key to supporting the Site Manager to maintain high cleaning standards across the market floors following each market day. This full-time permanent role will be primarily working Tuesday to Saturday between 6am to 6pm depending on stockyard operations.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Support the Site Manager to lead, manage and motivate the onsite cleaning service team to ensure cleaning is completed according to agreed scope and without interfering with market operations.
* Pressure wash and hosing down of concrete and rubber hardstand areas.
* Conduct cleaning inspections with client in accordance with agreed inspection plans.
* Ensure safe work practices are followed and that equipment is maintained in a safe operating condition.
* Any other cleaning duties as required.
To be considered for this role it is essential that you can demonstrate the following:
* Experience of cleaning service operations including operating heavy duty cleaning equipment such as pressure washer and hoses.
* Experience managing or supervising a team, including providing training and delivering performance feedback.
* Strong work ethic with good planning and time management skills.
