Role Overview
Waiter/Waitress
Responsibilities:
* Greet and serve guests with a professional and friendly attitude
* Take and deliver food and drink orders accurately
* Ensure tables are clean, well-presented, and ready for service
* Assist with guest enquiries and provide excellent customer care
* Work closely with the team to create a smooth dining experience
Requirements:
* Previous waitstaff or hospitality experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Professional presentation and positive attitude
* Ability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
Bartender
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard
* Engage with guests at the bar and provide excellent service
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
* Restock bar supplies and assist with inventory control
* Work with the team to ensure a seamless guest experience
Requirements:
* Previous bartending experience essential
* Valid RSA certificate
* Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits
* Professional presentation and customer-focused attitude
* Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
