A Customer Service | Community Team is there for the traveller whilst they're travelling.
They may come to you for advice on how to find work and guess what? You'll be there to help find them a job using our employment resources.

We know that the hardest part about travelling is always the start, so we want to make sure each traveller has the best possible experience with us.
Let Us Tell You About The Role
- Our travellers main point of contact for anything work and travel related
- Helping our travellers with their admin needs for their time in Australia
- Using our employment resources to help travellers get a job
- Helping travellers rearrange their travels when their trip gets disrupted
- Organising date changes, cancellations and refunds
- Arranging people's onward travels all around Australia and beyond
- Holding face to face one on ones, with travellers on our Welcome Tours and Mini Packs
- Working closely with the Travel Sales Consultants to create bespoke itineraries, process payments and finalise bookings.
- Working towards team and individual sales targets

Requirements
We're looking for someone that is :
- Excited by selling the best thing in the world to sell to anyone, TRAVEL
- Self-motivated, confident and energetic
- Passionate about travel
- Organised
- Able to solve problems
- Open to development through training and feedback
- Motivated by targets and bonuses
- Experience working with people in some capacity, for example in hospitality, tourism or sales
