Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a Federal Government Agency to engage an APS6 Property Finance Officer and an EL1 Property Finance Manager.The roles are located within any state in Australia and are ongoing positions.
About the Position The Property Finance Officer is part of a team that undertakes a range of financial activities, primarily relating to management accounting and budget management. You would provide high-level financial management support and advice for all property related transactions.
The Property Finance Manager provides high-level financial management support and advice for all property-related transactions. The position leads the development of data modelling and analytics, and delivers month end processes, budget preparation and financial performance monitoring and reporting.
APS6 Duties:
* Manage month end activities for various funding sources
* Assist with the bi-annual budget development and management of various funding sources
* Financial management of property assets, including capitalisation and disposals *EL1 Duties:*
* Develop and maintain high-quality and complex financial and non-financial data models and optimise performance of assets
* Provide leadership to staff, including coaching, capability development and problem solving
* Strategically manage a range of projects outputs, including procurement and contracts, budgeting and reporting activities Requirements/Skills
* Completed a Bachelor of Accounting or equivalent
* Completed or working towards a CA or CPA qualification
* Experience with TechnologyOne highly desirable
