About the Role
In this role, you will oversee the health and wellbeing of residents during night shifts, ensuring a high standard of clinical care and compliance with all regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with a supportive team to create a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment for residents.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide clinical care, including assessments, medication management, and wound care.
* Monitor and respond to residents' health needs during night hours.
* Supervise and support care staff to deliver person-centred care.
* Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to Aged Care Quality Standards.
* Respond to emergencies and escalate concerns as required.
What Our Client is Looking For
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
* Minimum 1 year of experience working as an RN in Australia (mandatory).
* Excellent clinical and communication skills.
* Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Full working rights in Australia (no sponsorship options available).
