IT Support Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Promptly research, resolve, and respond to user requests, ensuring high-quality support and meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot end-user computing issues, from analysis to testing and follow-up.
* Collaborate with internal and external partners to process support requests, incidents, and project activities.
* Assist with triage and escalation of server, system, or network issues.
* Manage accurate inventory of Amazon-owned equipment.
* Provide hands-on and remote support for teleconferencing systems and AV presentation equipment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 1+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience.
* Experience setting up, taking down and re-locating PC systems.
* 1+ years of Windows Server technologies: AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM experience.
* 1+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment experience.
* 1+ years of networking (such as DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP) experience.
* 1+ years of supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment experience.
