Medical Workforce Administration Officer
Permanent Part Time (negotiable up to 38 hours per fortnight)
Managers & Administrative Officers Grade 3 ($37.67 per hour)
The Medical Workforce Department is seeking an exceptional administrator to join our team supporting the Medical Services Division (Doctors). The Medical Workforce Administration Officer will assist the Medical Workforce Manager in providing a thorough and efficient service to the Medical Services Division in rostering, payroll, junior medical staff rotation planning, recruitment, credentialing, and medical registration of international medical graduates (IMGs). The officer will also undertake general administrative tasks as directed by the Medical Workforce Operations Manager, Human Resources Manager, or the Chief Medical Officer.

Key Skills & Experience
* Background in HR, Health Administration, or Medical Workforce Administration
* Superb customer service skills with exceptional attention to detail
* Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks consecutively
* Ability to work well as part of a small professional team
IMPORTANT: Some roles in the healthcare sector are required to be vaccinated annually for Influenza (unless a valid exemption applies). Evidence of vaccination (or exemption) may be required prior to commencement.
