You will be responsible for implementing HR initiatives and facilitating organisational change to support Strategic Intent and operational requirements. You will also be responsible for working with the People and Governance team to establish sustainable best practice HR operations across the Government agency.
Under the direction of the Executive Branch Manager, Corporate Services and Strategy, the Manager People Projects will:
- Manage the implementation of people initiatives as identified in the People Strategy, specifically those supporting enhancements to staff mobility and career path development.
- Work collaboratively with the Operational Leadership Team to develop position descriptions that support the organisational redesign and enable the broad-banding of roles across registry operations.
- Coordinate and support effective processes to implement changes to the organisational structure arising as a result of organisation design consultation. This may include job-matching, recruitment or other processes as needed pending the outcomes of the consultation.
- Contribute to development and coordination of communications and training that will support the people initiatives.
- Manage, track and produce reporting on the progress of people initiatives.
