This is a senior, hands-on Marketing Manager role reporting to the Operations Manager and Executive Team. It carries real influence. You will not be inheriting a rigid structure. You will be given the space to refine, rebuild and elevate how marketing drives growth across the business.

Your Day to Day Will Include
* Developing and refining a 12-24 month national marketing strategy aligned to revenue and growth targets
* Leading SEO and digital performance, working closely with agencies to improve rankings, traffic and lead quality
* Elevating brand standards across campaigns, product launches, photography and content
* Partnering with Sales to strengthen lead tracking, conversion performance and trade engagement
* Presenting performance insights and strategic recommendations to the Executive team
What You'll Bring to the Role
* Proven experience developing and executing marketing strategy, ideally within construction, materials, interiors or trade-focused industries
* Strong SEO and digital capability, with the confidence to interpret data and hold agencies accountable
* Commercial awareness and the ability to connect marketing activity to revenue outcomes
* Confidence presenting to senior leaders and influencing decision-making
* A hands-on mindset with the drive to take ownership and elevate standards
