Watershed Building Co is a custom home builder. We are known for our quality builds and renovations with a personal level of service. We are looking for a Carpenter and an Apprentice to join our build team.
Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for someone who will enjoy working in a multidisciplinary and vibrant team environment. They key responsibilities for the role include:
* Reading and interpreting complex architectural drawings and blueprints.
* Performing detailed first-fix carpentry, including high-quality roof and wall framing.
* Executing second-fix carpentry, including skirting, architraves, doors, windows, and detailed cabinetry/joinery installation.
* Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work site.
* Supervising and mentoring the Apprentice Carpenter.
* Ensuring work is completed to an exceptional standard and within project timelines

We are looking for:
* Excellent communications skills and a high level of attention to detail
* Certificate 3 in Carpentry
* Minimum 5 years construction experience
* Full drivers license
* Proficient IT skills and ability to read and interpret plans
