What We're Looking For
* Genuine interest in pursuing a career in the gas fitting industry
* Strong problem-solving and practical skills
* Be keen to do some work away from home & occasional weekend work.
* Good communication and teamwork abilities
* Reliable and be willing to learn and follow instructions
* A commitment to safety and quality work
* Hold a current Australian drivers licence (preferably manual)
Key Responsibilities
* Assist qualified gas fitters with a variety of tasks including:
* installation, servicing, faulty-finding, repair and maintenance on Type A and B appliances and associated equipment.
* LPG liquid and vapour storage and handling equipment.
* Complete on-the-job training to develop practical skills and gain industry qualifications
* Ensure all work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to relevant regulations and industry best practices
* Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
