The principal surveyor position is a leadership role that requires strong project management and technical expertise.
* Leadership & Practice Management – Leading and mentoring a team of professionals, driving collaboration and staff development.
* Project Delivery & Performance – Managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring technical excellence and timely delivery.
* Client Relationships & Business Development – Acting as a key client manager, maintaining strong relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.
* Technical Excellence – Providing direction on cadastral, engineering, and construction surveys.
* Strategic Leadership – Driving long-term success and aligning with business strategy.
We are seeking an experienced leader who holds a recognised degree in Surveying and is registered with the relevant authority. They must bring extensive experience in surveying practice, including cadastral and construction survey expertise, and demonstrate strong project management and commercial acumen.
