As a large organisation that continues to grow, we are seeking motivated Speech Pathologists to join our supportive team of allied health professionals to deliver high‐quality therapy services.
About the Opportunity
* Empower individuals with disabilities by providing comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments and interventions tailored to their unique needs.
* Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalised treatment plans that promote effective communication, swallowing, and overall quality of life.
* Utilise expertise in augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices and strategies to facilitate meaningful interactions and increase independence.
* Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing valuable insights and recommendations for holistic client care.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and innovative approaches in the field of speech pathology, continuously enhancing skills and knowledge.
Qualifications and Experience
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited institution.
* Current SPA registration.
* Proven experience in providing occupational therapy services, preferably in a disability or community setting.
* A passion for making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities.
* Exceptional communication, problem‐solving, and interpersonal skills are essential.
