Case Manager for Safe Home Initiatives
Our organisation is seeking a part-time Case Manager to deliver high-quality support services to women and children at risk of domestic violence. This role focuses on early intervention and prevention principles to prevent homelessness and promote long-term stability in housing, income, employment, education, and social connections.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in community services, preferably within the DFV sector; proven ability to provide empathetic and professional client services to individuals experiencing emotional distress; well-developed communication skills; and demonstrated experience in identifying key stakeholders and building effective relationships.
To be successful, you will require a holistic understanding of the complex needs of individuals and families affected by domestic violence. You will need to work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure that clients receive comprehensive support services designed to meet their diverse needs.
