Responsibilities
- Leading and mentoring the kitchen team to deliver consistent, high-quality food service.
- Confidently tackle high-volume covers while keeping consistency and quality at the forefront.
- Drive efficient, secure, and profitable kitchen operations.
- Collaborate with the Publican and Front of House leaders to keep service smooth and enjoyable.
- Bring creativity to our menu, sharing your skills and passion with both the team and our guests.
- Champion food safety and operational excellence every day.
About You
- You’ve led busy, high-volume kitchens before and know how to keep your cool when service is full-on.
- You’re passionate about people as much as food – team culture matters just as much as what’s on the plate.
- You’re qualified, food safety certified, and ready to roll.
- You thrive on creativity, consistency, and the buzz of a full dining room.
- You’ve got the confidence and drive to leave your mark on a kitchen locals love.
