The Role
The Field Service Technician is responsible for providing field based support customers, working in collaboration with colleagues, to resolve customer affecting technical issues promptly and in line with agreed SLA's.
Responsibilities
Respond to breakdown calls
Fault finding / diagnose and rectify common & more complex problems
Support equipment installation- Scheduled routine maintenance of equipment
Own your group of customers and deliver on agreed outcomes
Support a broader environment and contribute to team success
Requirements
Restricted Electrical Licence is essential.
A strong technical/mechanical aptitude and keen interest in repairing electrical products.
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work to set KPI's
Strong interpersonal skills and computer skills
