Located just four kilometres from Brisbane's centre, we educate students from Prep to Year 12.About the role:Responsible for delivering consistent, high-quality HR services to the College, including providing advice and guidance on human resource functions. The HR Administrator supports the development and implementation of in-house policies, processes, and guidelines.This role is integral to the HR team, acting as the first point of contact for HR queries while supporting the administration of activities throughout the employee lifecycle. This includes job advertisement processing, interview coordination, contract creation, employee onboarding, record management, employment variations, and preparing internal communications.About you:You are a highly organised and proactive HR professional with a strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws. You excel in managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding, while ensuring accuracy and compliance. With excellent communication skills, you build trusted relationships and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Motivated by a commitment to service excellence, you align your work with the College's values and contribute to a positive and efficient HR function.Key responsibilities/accountabilities:Manage and coordinate daily operational aspects of all recruitment and selection activities, providing ongoing support within the recruitment framework.Facilitate appointment documentation, onboarding, and orientation of new staff, including completion of mandatory training and attendance at compulsory induction programs.
