* The European Research Council project "Cultures of the Cryosphere" (CultCryo) explores the cultural preconditions and consequences of artificial cooling and freezing technologies in everyday practices, including nutrition, health, and reproduction, as well as air conditioning, data processing, laboratory research, and other fields.
* The selected candidate will conduct multi-sited ethnographic case studies across three domains: space cooling, biomedicine, and food supply (beef).
