Location Profile Endeavour Hills Specialist School is a rapidly expanding special education centre who is seeking to employ new Classroom teachers and Education Support employees for 2025 in order to open several new classrooms, enabling us to offer more enrolment positions to students in need.
Endeavour Hills Specialist School provides highlyindividualizedprograms of learningfor students aged 5 to 18 with disability and high needs who have a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder with a language disorder and/or an intellectual disability.

Proficiency in Compass and CASES21 Administration and Finance would be favourable.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite.

SC4- Demonstrated high level of organisational skills and ability to coordinate and prioritise workflow, time management skills along with the ability to work to and meet deadlines
Role This is a full-time position and maximum of 7 days school holidays attendance per year.
Working hours: 8am to 4pm or 8.15am to 4.15pm - Monday to Friday
The successful applicant will be highly experienced in organising and prioritising work.
You will work independently and as part of a team under the supervision of the Business Manager with the focus of maintaining effective and informative communication with parents, staff, students, service providers and the wider school community.
Qualities necessary to be the successful applicant:
Exceptional reception and telephone skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent time management
Strong experience in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel
Ability to work independently
Knowledge of schools IT packages such as CASES21 and Compass are desired

A statement addressing the key selection criteria
Responsibilities Manage client reception and office operations
Provide routine clerical or other administrative support responsibilities including general telephone, front office enquiries, mail deliveries, assisting with stock control, supporting organisation of meetings, receiving and initial processing of standard paperwork and liaise with school staff in regard to support requirements
Maintain, enter and retrieve data from the schools IT systems, such as the school's records system, including computerised student, staff and school records
Support or coordinate the preparation of standard routine internal and external communication according to school procedures (e.g. form letters, newsletters)
Coordinate the delivery of administrative services within the school
Develop and implement strategies to ensure effective administration procedures
Manage the processing of student admissions, registrations, enrolments and transfers
Follow Student Attendance procedures in accordance with DET and school police
Maintain and update office records, enrolment data, diary records, and basic written records
CSEF and SSR entering and ordering
Update Student records on CASES
Order stationary and photocopying paper
Provide required level of administrative support for school events, functions, and projects
Opening and distributing mail and processing outgoing mail.
Take delivery of parcels and arrange their distribution
Support Accounts payable and receivable when needed
Make school announcements
Compass post to the school community
Manage enrolments basic enquiries and school tours
Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and well-stocked with necessary supplies
Support end of the year process for administration
Support school's recruitment process
Arrange School Council meetings - Attendance is not required
Provide accurate reports for the principal team, Business Manager and School Council as required
Any other task requested by the Business Manager and Principal Team
