**About the Assignment**
Provide schedule coordination support and WO closeout management to embedded shared service contractors. The role enables continuous improvement and on-time execution of planned maintenance activities within the Cooper Basin Upstream.
- Support schedule compliance, WO management and work execution quality, with a particular focus on delivering Safety Critical Maintenance (SCM)
- Manage break-in work conflict and prioritise schedule impacts in the 2-week locked period
- Resolve emergent threats to schedule compliance aligned with best for business process
- Ensure improvement initiatives to increase the effectiveness of shared services delivery
- Support shared service system access, inductions and onboarding processes
- Attend and contribute to contractor IWT sessions
**Schedule and Execution**
- Drive schedule compliance and WO management within the shared service contracts
- Participate in area schedule reviews and feedback changes
- Manage break-in scope to reduce schedule impact and maximize shared services resourcing including interface with P2 Coordinator and scheduling team
- Support improvement to, MDCRs, BOMs, TIN reviews and updates etc
- Support maintenance manifest delivery, location, confirm parts, security
**Systems & Contractor Interfaces**
- Provide input on execution performance monthly IWT's (Integrated Working Team sessions) with key contractors
- Ensure contractor understanding and compliance to Santos process
- Provide input to routine reporting
**Relationships**
- Build and maintain relationships with key maintenance contractors and OEMs
- Liaise with technical engineering and project engineering teams to challenge and maintain work pack quality and technical inputs
- Liaise with planning and scheduling team challenge and maintain WO quality and scheduling efficiencies
**About you**
- 5 years' experience in Oil and Gas Industry
- SAP experience (specifically Work Order management and closeout within an execution period)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in planned maintenance outages or project management of minor or major oil and gas projects
- Knowledge of oil and gas processing equipment
- Strong communication skills to encourage involvement for site and contractor interface for planned outages and work related activities
- Previous experience within Project Management, Maintenance Planning & Scheduling, Reliability Engineering, Mechanical Engineering would be favourable but not mandatory
