About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated leader who is passionate about growing and developing a team. You will mentor and support our people to fulfil their potential and take great pride in being a leadership role model, leading by example with your commitment and drive to achieve.
Key responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality service outcomes while overseeing daily branch operations, including labour and fleet allocation
* Lead, coach and manage operations teams, ensuring adherence to procedures and performance standards
* Oversee fleet maintenance, site safety, and ensure full compliance with WHS and regulatory requirements
* Monitor and control operational costs against budgets and targets set by the business
* Maintain site, assets, and security, ensuring facilities are well-presented and operationally efficient
About You
You may be a current Team Leader looking to step into your first Management position and grow with our business, or a seasoned Manager looking for a change of scenery.
