What will your typical day look like?
As a Management consultant, you'll play a hands-on role in the design, development, and implementation of advanced martech solutions. You'll work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to bring marketing strategies to life using platforms such as Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Braze, ensuring they are scalable, integrated and aligned with business goals.
Your responsibilities will include:
Designing and implementing solutions across Adobe Experience Platform (RT-CDP, Journey Orchestration, Customer Journey Analytics), Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Data Cloud (Automation Studio, DMO's, ItemGraphs, Journey Builder, AMPscript), or Braze (Canvas, Currents, Personalisation)
Developing and integrating APIs, SDKs, and data pipelines to support real-time marketing use cases
Translating business requirements into technical architecture, data models and campaign logic
Building custom connectors, automation scripts, and platform extensions where needed
Troubleshooting platform issues and optimising existing configurations
Supporting QA, deployment, and post-implementation support activities
Collaborating on solution documentation, training and enablement for client teams
About You
We are looking for a technically minded Martech professional who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments.
Key skills and experience:
3-5 + years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform or Braze
Solid understanding of Martech data architecture, identity resolution, and real-time event processing
Proficient in APIs, SQL, JavaScript, JSON, and cloud-based integration patterns
Experience building and deploying campaign automation workflows
Familiarity with tools such as Postman, Git, Jenkins, or Terraform is a plus
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
A collaborative approach and a passion for continuous learning
Highly Desirable if you have
Adobe Certified Expert (AEP or Target, RT-CDP)
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer or Consultant Certification or Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant
Braze Certified Practitioner or Market
Experience working in an agile consulting environment
Exposure to CDPs, data lakes or cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure)
