About The Role
As the Coordinator Facilities & Projects, you will be responsible for coordinating property and tenancy functions for MacDonnell Regional Council (MRC), planning, delivering and reporting of designated projects. You will also provide relevant financial and compliance reporting to MRC staff and external parties, procurement & freight coordination as per policy and travel to 13 communities to conduct training sessions for staff as required.
This position is based in Alice Springs and approximately 20% of work time will be spent travelling to and working in remote communities - including overnight stays - in the MacDonnell Regional Council area of service.

Who We're Looking For
Are you an experienced Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? Do you love being the go-to person to address complex problems, which may involve gathering and analysing additional information, who hold or working towards Tertiary qualification in Business, Administration and or Project Management and possess considerable experience in these areas and asset management. If so, we'd love to hear from you.
To Succeed In This Role, You'll Need
* Extensive experience in facilities, assets, or project management. Ability to acquire a NT Ochre card and hold a current driver's licence
* Tertiary Qualification in Business, Administration or Project Management.
* Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is adaptable, collaborative, and passionate about making a difference.
