**Job Description:**
We are looking for a skilled Fire Alarm Panel Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional over-the-phone technical support to customers on Fire Alarm Panels and related products.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide prompt assistance to customers on Fire Alarm Panels and related products
- Assist in the preparation of quotations for Fire Alarm Panels and related products
- Entering orders into the system
- Making outbound calls to generate new opportunities
- Liase with the sales team to provide product training and technical support
- Conducting competitive analysis to evaluate potential product offerings
- Assemble and/or program Fire Alarm Panels as needed
**Requirements:**
- Demonstrated experience in technical and customer facing roles, preferably in the fire protection industry
- Hands-on experience with conventional, addressable, and programmable Fire Alarm Panels.
- Proven expertise in Fire Alarm Panel assembly, programming, and quality control processes.
- Experience working with Honeywell panel products
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Excellent time management skills
- Familiar with relevant Australian standards, codes, and regulations
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or FPAS accreditation desirable

**Benefits:**
- Competitive salary: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

**Additional Information:**
- Technical support experience: 3 years (preferred)
- Fire alarm experience: 2 years (preferred)
- Work authorisation: Australia (preferred)
