Position Classification: Administration Officer Level 3
Remuneration: $66,027.58 - $68,085.50 per annum
Hours Per Week: 38 (job share may be considered)

What You'll Be Doing
As our Administration Officer for Employee Assessment, Staff Health Services and the Employee Assistance Program, you'll be the organised, reliable and friendly administrative support behind the scenes. You'll ensure services run smoothly by providing timely, accurate and customer-focused support to both employees and the clinical team.
* Deliver high-quality customer service via phone and face-to-face enquiries
* Maintain confidential employment health records, data entry and filing
* Provide admin support for programs such as the annual staff flu vaccination program
* Prioritise daily tasks in a busy, dynamic environment with changing priorities
* Work with the manager and team to improve local processes and systems

How To Apply

* Demonstrated recent administration experience with knowledge of procedures relating to telephone, reception and customer service
* Demonstrated competence in the use of computer software packages including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) with a willingness to acquire new skills as required.
* Demonstrated commitment and understanding of confidentiality
* Demonstrated ability to work as a multidisciplinary team member
* Demonstrated effective communication skills both oral and written, including the ability to relate maturely and professionally within a busy environment to clients and health service staff
* Experience in managing a high volume of data entry and file management – demonstrating strong time management skills
* Demonstrated ability to work with limited supervision and take initiative
* Ability to understand a complex environment and when to provide support through changing priorities in order to collaborate with team members
