We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Finance Support Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about finance and has excellent administrative skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing ongoing support to various functions within finance, including accounts receivable and cashier's office. You will assist in ensuring all day-to-day operational tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
The ideal candidate will have high quality computer skills, with particular emphasis on accurate data entry. Previous experience in a community or health environment is desirable but not essential.
Main Responsibilities:
* Handling of cash and preparation of daily bank report
* Maintenance of debtor file and daily batch processing
* Point of contact for customer queries
