We are hiring a Level 1 Desktop Support Engineer Australia wide.Minimum Experience: 6 months to 2 years.Required Duties & Skills:Troubleshooting and maintenance of IT equipment and network infrastructure.Understanding of network infrastructure, data centers, DNS, DHCP, IP addressing.Knowledge of firewalls, VLANs, emails (Office365 and on-premise Exchange server), TeamViewer, and storage solutions.Experience with Windows OS Server and Client.Solid understanding of switching and routing.Familiarity with Windows installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting.Monitoring onsite and offsite backups.Basic networking skills with understanding of modems/routers.Full working rights to work in Australia.
