Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced customer service professional to join our team. As the Accounts Administration Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling purchase orders and invoicing, communicating with overseas suppliers, managing accounts receivable and payable, and maintaining CRM entries.
* Customer Service Contact: Respond promptly to phone calls and emails from customers to resolve their queries and concerns.
* Purchase Orders and Invoicing: Manage purchase orders on Reckon/QuickBooks software while ensuring accurate billing of customers.
* Sales Order Fulfillment: Oversee the import/export process efficiently by coordinating with suppliers worldwide.
