The Opportunity
We are seeking a commercially driven Account Manager to join our Adelaide‐based sales team and play a key role in delivering sustainable growth for CSR. This position is responsible for executing agreed sales strategies, managing key customer relationships, and driving profitable outcomes through consultative, solutions‐based selling.
As the primary point of contact for your customer portfolio, you will partner closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions that meet customer needs while aligning with CSR's strategic objectives. This role suits a results‐focused professional who thrives on building long‐term relationships, leveraging data and insights, and identifying new growth opportunities in a competitive and evolving market.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver sales strategy, revenue, and growth targets
* Own and grow account portfolios through consultative selling
* Manage budgets to achieve profitable commercial outcomes
* Act as primary customer contact and resolve issues promptly
* Partner cross‐functionally to deliver integrated customer solutions
* Identify growth opportunities using market insight and data

* Maintain disciplined account plans, call cycles, and CRM accuracy

* Proven experience managing accounts and driving sustainable sales growth

* Confident using data, forecasting, and CRM tools to guide decisions
