This position exists to shape and support international education pathways, enhance student mobility opportunities and ensure alignment with broader transnational education priorities across the University. The Global Programs and Partnerships Manager role provides strategic coordination of key initiatives that shape the School’s international engagement and operational effectiveness. In this role, you will oversee complex administrative functions, lead a high-performing team, and drive continuous improvement across business processes. You will analyse data to inform decision-making, manage budgets and projects, strengthen compliance and quality frameworks, and cultivate productive partnerships across internal stakeholders. As the successful candidate, you will bring extensive experience in operational management within complex or matrix organisational structures, demonstrating a proven ability to provide authoritative policy and technical advice. You will possess strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with expertise in leading and motivating high-performance teams. Your exceptional communication, negotiation and influencing abilities will enable you to build consensus and foster productive relationships at senior levels across the organisation.
